This internship provides hands-on experience in business development, sales, recruiting, and client relationship management within the staffing industry. You'll gain real-world experience supporting day-to-day business operations while developing valuable professional skills. Responsibilities Learn recruiting and staffing industry best practices Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records Research prospective clients and key decision-makers using tools like and ZoomInfo Support lead generation and business development initiatives Assist with scheduling client meetings and follow-up activities Participate in client visits and sales meetings when applicable Assist with client communication and relationship management Support marketing initiatives and special projects Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Self-motivated and eager to contribute Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology Why GTR?
