full-time Party Animal is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our sales team at our Westlake, Ohio office. Party Animal sells licensed sporting goods, collectibles, and toys to some of the country's leading retailers, including Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, Walgreens, Academy Sports, Rally House, Learning Express , and many others. We're looking for people early in their careers who are competitive, outgoing, motivated, and ready to learn how to build a successful career in sales. What You'll Do As an SDR, you'll work directly with our Director of National Sales and Director of Strategic Accounts , helping us identify new opportunities, develop customer relationships, and grow Party Animal's retail business. You'll be involved in: Prospecting and identifying new retail customers and sales opportunities Reaching out to prospective accounts by phone and email Developing relationships with new and existing customers Researching retailers, prospects, and new market opportunities Introducing customers to new products and programs Preparing presentations, quotes, and customer follow-up Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline Supporting national and strategic account initiatives Learning the licensed sports, toy, collectible, and retail industries from experienced sales leadership Who We're Looking For We're more interested in drive, personality, and potential than a long resume. You might be a great fit if you're: Competitive and motivated by results Confident starting conversations and building relationships Comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to new prospects Analytically driven and comfortable using data to identify opportunities and make decisions Leveraging AI and emerging technology to work smarter, research opportunities, and improve the sales process Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and work with sales and customer data Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and comfortable building clear, professional customer presentations Organized, persistent, and strong with follow-up Coachable and eager to learn Self-motivated while still being a team player Interested in sports, retail, toys, collectibles, or consumer products Looking to build a career in sales - not just find your next job. Previous sales, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required . Why Party Animal?
