Job Description
In-Home Sales Representative (Commission-Based | Leads Provided) We're looking for motivated, confident sales professionals who thrive in a face-to-face environment. This is a commission-based opportunity with company-provided leads—no cold calling. If you're comfortable presenting, building trust, and closing in the home, this role offers strong earning potential. What You'll Do Run company-provided appointments with homeowners Perform basic inspections and take measurements at the property Conduct in-home presentations using product samples and demo materials Educate customers, answer questions, and recommend the best solution Close deals on-site and manage follow-up when needed Training & Support Hands-on sales training to learn our process Ride-alongs with experienced reps to see real appointments and closings Ongoing support to help you improve and succeed in the field What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Confidence in presenting and closing in a one-on-one setting Self-motivated with a commission-driven mindset Ability to manage your schedule and work independently Sales or in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings.
