What You'll Do Create unforgettable experiences by guiding clients through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives with warmth, confidence, and expertise. Build lasting relationships and become a trusted jewelry consultant who clients return to for life's biggest milestones. Drive results through clienteling, appointment-generating outreach, and creative business development strategies. Collaborate to close—partner with designers and vendors, coordinating timelines and leveraging their expertise to deliver flawless results. Own your success by managing your business with precision, pride, and accountability. What You Bring 2-5 years of commission-based sales experience with proven results in driving sales and exceeding goals. A strong business acumen and solutions-driven mindset—you find innovative ways to overcome challenges and exceed client expectations. Experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or high-end retail preferred (GIA certification a plus). Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A professional, polished presence and availability to work Saturdays (our busiest day).

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
