If you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and keeping apartment homes in top shape—this role is for you. 🕗 Schedule That Works for You Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Approximately 4 hours per day (Hours may vary slightly based on property needs) Perfect for someone seeking part-time, consistent weekday work. 💰 Pay Rate $22.00 per hour 🛠️ What You'll Be Doing As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping the community running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Completing daily work orders in occupied and vacant apartments Performing general maintenance and light repairs, including: Toilets, faucets, sinks, and minor plumbing issues Basic electrical troubleshooting Diagnosing and troubleshooting appliances, furnaces, and other systems Conducting make-ready / turn work for apartment move-ins: Minor repairs Ensuring apartments are clean, functional, and ready for new residents Identifying issues proactively and helping maintain a safe, well-kept property 👕 Dress Code No uniform required Wear your own clothes, but must be clean, neat, and professional in appearance ✅ What We're Looking For Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional attitude and pride in your work Ability to follow work orders and property standards 🌟 Why Work with BG Staffing?
