AmeriPro Roofing seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential roofing and exterior restoration sales in a field-focused role. You'll canvass storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs and exteriors, educate homeowners, and guide them through insurance-backed restoration options. Partner with our production and office teams to ensure smooth projects and exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, professional communicators who thrive outdoors, enjoy helping homeowners protect their properties, and are driven by results and commission-based earnings. Responsibilities Prospect and canvass residential neighborhoods for exterior restoration opportunities Conduct roof and exterior inspections and document storm damage Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter solutions and company services Guide customers through the insurance claim and restoration process Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and follow up on all leads Coordinate with production and office teams to ensure smooth project delivery Represent Ameri Pro Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus Required Skills Outside sales B2 C sales Territory management Roofing/exterior product knowledge Construction estimating basics CRM software usage Lead generation and canvassing Insurance claim process familiarity Negotiation and closing Customer relationship management
