Creative Kids Movement Network (CKMN) Are you a natural relationship-builder who loves the challenge of growing a territory—but would like your work to have a little more purpose? (Chagrin Falls & Hunting Valley OH ) Creative Kids Movement Network (CKMN) is looking for an energetic, motivated Territory Sales & Program Specialist to help us bring our children's dance, yoga, and fitness programs to more schools, childcare centers, and families. This is not a traditional desk-based sales position. It's a unique combination of sales, business development, territory management, relationship building, and teaching . You'll be responsible for developing a CKMN market from the ground up, building partnerships with local schools and childcare centers, and then helping bring those partnerships to life by teaching our programs. What You'll Do Build Your Territory Identify and develop new childcare center, preschool, school, and community partnerships through a procured prospect list Prospect through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, referrals, and community outreach Schedule and conduct meetings and program demonstrations Present CKMN programs to directors and decision-makers Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales process Meet established territory growth and revenue goals Manage & Grow Relationships Serve as the primary CKMN contact for partner locations Build strong, long-term relationships with directors, administrators, and staff Identify opportunities to expand programming within existing accounts Maintain consistent communication and follow-up Help ensure an exceptional experience for our partner schools and families Teach & Represent CKMN Teach a designated number of CKMN dance, yoga, and/or fitness classes each week Deliver fun, engaging, age-appropriate programs using CKMN curriculum and training Create a positive experience for children, schools, and families Represent CKMN professionally in the community Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have previous experience in sales, business development, territory management, account development, or a commission-driven role Enjoy prospecting and aren't afraid to make the first call, walk through the first door, or ask for the business Are motivated by goals, growth, and performance-based compensation Are outgoing, confident, organized, and highly self-motivated Build relationships naturally and communicate well with a wide variety of people Enjoy working independently while being part of a larger team Love being active and enjoy working with children Have experience in dance, yoga, fitness, athletics, cheerleading, coaching, recreation, or children's programming—or are excited to learn Want work that combines business, movement, community, and impact This Role Could Be Especially Great For Someone Who… Has spent time in outside sales, medical or pharmaceutical sales, recruiting, real estate, insurance, business services, fitness sales, or another performance-driven environments—and is ready to use those skills in a role that feels more personal and purpose-driven. Compensation This position offers a performance-driven compensation structure , including commission on new business and opportunities for additional compensation through teaching and territory growth. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Territory Sales & Program Specialist to drive growth and enhance program delivery across designated regions. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with program management responsibilities, ensuring the successful implementation of educational and community outreach programs. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education, excellent team leadership skills, and a proactive approach to building relationships with schools, community partners, and stakeholders. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence educational programs while managing regional sales efforts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to promote educational programs and services, expanding outreach within assigned territories. Build strong relationships with school administrators, early childhood education centers, and community organizations to foster program participation and support. Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional needs. Lead and supervise staff involved in program delivery, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service. Manage administrative tasks related to program development, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records using educational administrative software. Collaborate with team members across departments to develop new initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and regional impact. Monitor regional sales performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and prepare detailed reports for leadership review. Requirements Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration is highly desirable. Proven experience in school administrative roles or as a school experience coordinator. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational administrative software. Demonstrated staff supervision and personnel management skills within an educational setting. Experience in program development, early childhood education center operations, or education administration is preferred. Excellent written communication skills for preparing reports, proposals, and correspondence. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and productivity standards. Knowledge of childcare practices and working with students of various age groups is advantageous.
