None Required The Opportunity You will serve as a premier design and product expert, driving revenue growth within a beautiful, customer-centric showroom environment. This role allows you to guide clients through the selection of high-end fireplace solutions while building lasting partnerships with local trade professionals. You will have the autonomy to manage your sales pipeline alongside a supportive team dedicated to quality craftsmanship. How You Will Make an Impact Guide showroom visitors through customized fireplace design, product selection, and budgeting decisions. Educate homeowners and trade partners on specialized fireplace features to secure high-value sales. Prepare accurate project quotes and execute rigorous follow-up strategies to close sales opportunities. Generate new business pipelines by executing targeted outreach to local architects, builders, and contractors. Build strategic community relationships through active participation in regional industry trade associations. Coordinate with installation and operations teams to guarantee seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually inspiring showroom environment to optimize customer merchandising experiences. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience within a performance-based environment. Proven ability to close consultative sales and manage a diverse customer pipeline effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for both retail consumers and trade professionals. Demonstrated organizational skills necessary for managing client quotes, scheduling, and administrative duties. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior sales experience within a design showroom, furniture, appliance, or home improvement environment. Established experience in networking and building referral partnerships with residential contractors and builders. Advanced knowledge of residential design aesthetics or specialized home improvement products. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary augmented by an uncapped commission structure.
