Job Description

Want to help people get better internet and build a career? Dubs Capital Inc is on the hunt for a friendly, confident individual to help customers understand and transition to Kinetic's high-speed internet. The ideal Entry Level Sales Representative is somebody who enjoys being the "go-to" person; one who can break down fiber technology in a simple, customer-friendly way. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, get ready to explain fiber features in person and support each customer throughout the enrollment process.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Meet with customers to introduce and explain Kinetic fiber internet packages. Provide customer-facing demonstrations that simplify product features. Assist with enrollments and help guide customers toward the right internet solutions. Offer basic support and answer questions about fiber upgrades. Maintain accurate records of interactions and completed enrollments. Contribute to weekly performance and team targets. Stay familiar with ongoing promotions, network expansions, and service updates. Ensure all customer interactions reflect professionalism and care.
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable engaging with customers in person. Motivated by performance-driven goals and weekly results. Tech-friendly and able to explain internet concepts simply. Dependable, organized, and adaptable. Able to work in field-based environments. Coachable and eager to grow with the team.
Entry Level Sales Representative Overview:
This position is a full-time employment position in Cleveland, OH . This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service-focusedrole with customers.
Pay:
100% commission•$70•200 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
Clients & Products:
We work with wireless, promoting and signing up new customers for their internet services for Kinetic Fiber & Frontier clients.

$3,700•4,400.00 average per month
