In- Home Sales Representative - Retail Division-

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing deals in customers home at a high closing percentage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate exceptional skills in negotiation, customer service, and closing in the home and on the spot. Candidates need to have reliable transportation to apply. This is a commission only position, with unlimited earning potential. Duties Complete property inspections to be able to provide solutions. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs. Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Utilize CRM software, such as Job Nimbus, to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Training on the sales process to get better at closing sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Closing deals on site and getting all the money collected in 1 appointment. Skills Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
