We change the way our customers feel about their spaces through beautifully designed and custom-crafted organization solutions. Our goal is to add functionality and accessibility to a homeowner's most used spaces in nearly every room of the home. From design to installation, our artisans work with our customers to reimagine their existing cabinets and pantries and deliver the highest level of personalized custom craftsmanship. As a Designer with Art of Drawers, you will: 1. Lead in-home sales consultations 2. Receive training on all products and processes 3. Have access to our proprietary Canvas™ technology to manage your schedule, prospects, and sales uploads. 4. Get assistance from the Art of Drawers Sales Support Center in managing appointments, including reminders and follow-up calls. 5. Earn sales commissions up to 18% Designers typically earn $80-120 per hour •based on individual performance
