This role includes moderate to extensive travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, deliver product demonstrations, and support patient fittings where appropriate. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who thrives in a clinical sales environment and has a strong understanding of orthotic products and patient needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets. Build strong relationships with physicians, rehab professionals, PT/OT professionals, and clinic administrators. Conduct in person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clinical staff. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction and superior product utilization. Travel within the assigned territory to conduct customer visits, attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Identify new business opportunities and expand account base through effective networking and lead generation. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including sales activities, account notes, and inventory management. Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and enhance product offerings. Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and clinical best practices related to orthotic solutions. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Kinesiology, Health Science, or related field, preferred.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
Experience calling on health systems, orthopedics, and physical therapy clinics. Familiarity with insurance reimbursement and documentation processes for orthotic devices. Relationship Management Territory Planning Clinical Communication Problem Solving Customer Focus Drive for Results Professionalism & Reliability Frequent travel, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays Work will be performed primarily in healthcare settings, clinics and on-site with customers
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $58,362.00 per year
