Our ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter driven to learn and excel at their job.

Candidate should have/be able:

• A strong background in sales. Floral industry knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to make customer relationships and drive sales
• Ability to work alone or along side a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Sales people are expected to maintain a current awareness of new product, new uses for old product and trends in the industry, so that they will be important to the customer and an asset to the company.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes of product weighing up to seventy (70) pounds with no other employee's assistance
• Must be able to use material-handling equipment to transfer products throughout the company facility.
• Make sales calls and deliveries periodically away from the company facility unassisted by other employees.
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Speak, write and understand the English language.
