Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant will market and sell the full line of award winning Ricoh software solutions and document management products to customers in the marketplace.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop net new business (both outside/in-territory and in-office cold calling). Build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers. Communicates Woodhull's position in the industry and value to the customer. Effectively utilize provided technology to manage territory (CRM application and Excel spreadsheets via laptop). Prepare and deliver effective presentations to qualified customers including in-house and on-site product demonstrations. Prepare monthly sales reports including lease reports, prospect reports and forecasting. Take initiative to learn all facets of the software and hardware solutions to become a more effective sales consultant. Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas. Create and maintain a written daily, weekly, monthly and long-term activity plan. Make daily calls on existing and new accounts to secure appointments. Prepare and present proposals to new and existing customers. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel through sales territory. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that will allow you to be covered by Woodhull's insurance. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR Comparable record of sales experience required. At least one year of outside (business to business) sales experience required industry experience preferred. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer .
