Position overview As a Sales Representative at our Dundee branch, you work directly with our customers. You're the first person they talk to and the one they count on to get their order right. You'll answer calls and emails, help customers pick the right equipment, take and schedule orders, and handle billing questions for portable restrooms, restroom trailers, temporary fence, and related equipment. You'll report to the Office Manager. What you'll do Answer incoming calls as the first point of contact and give prompt, professional answers about our products and services Take orders by phone and email, record every detail correctly, and schedule service Learn what each customer needs and recommend the right equipment to close the sale Handle billing and payment questions Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally Keep customers updated on their orders and service Keep accurate records of customer calls, orders, and service updates in ServiceCore, and help with regular reporting What we're looking for High school diploma or GED Strong phone skills and clear, professional email writing Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle several calls and orders at once Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous computer order entry or data entry experience Ability to pass a drug test Customer service or call center experience preferred, not required Alignment with our core values: Safety | Integrity | Efficiency | Team-Oriented | Trust Physical requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer and phone for long periods Schedule & work environment

Hours:

40 hours/week, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (start and end time based on shift)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, plus an occasional Saturday morning shift (7:00-10:00 AM)
