Job Description
You Don't Just Sell Rooms. You Change How People Live in Their Homes. Some people walk into a dated kitchen, an uninspired bathroom, or a basement that's been "almost finished" for a decade and all they see is a problem. You see the version of that space the family hasn't imagined yet then you help them get there. We're looking for a Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant who brings together two things most people keep separate: a genuine talent for design and the ability to guide a client from "we've been thinking about it" to a signed project they're excited about. What You'll Do Work directly with homeowners to design kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other specialty rooms that fit how they actually live. You'll lead every project from the first conversation through the final decision listening past what clients ask for, designing spaces they didn't know were possible, and guiding them confidently to move forward. This isn't order-taking. The work is yours. So is the relationship.
