Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate sales opportunities and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales when engaging with corporate clients or fleet accounts, ensuring tailored solutions meet their needs. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized sales records. Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or service packages to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Develop strong relationships through effective negotiation skills, high-level customer service, and professional phone etiquette to close deals efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, automobile sales, or dealership environments is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual capabilities (bilingual is a plus), to connect with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management tools to support sales activities. Knowledge of automotive industry standards, retail math, and inventory control practices is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities to foster trust and close deals successfully.
