Commission :

1+ yrs Customer service, customer support 1+ yrs Hospitality / Food Service w/ Tips 1+yrs Extensive personal experience using refillable ENDS products and nicotine infused liquids.

Required education:

High school diploma or

GED Qualifications/Requirements:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Knowledge or experience using & troubleshooting ENDS products. Must display professionalism & have a personable manner. Proficiency using computers; data/web searches. Familiarity using Microsoft Office - Excel and Word. Must be able & willing to work a flexible schedule; including mornings, evenings and weekends. Strong critical thinking skills, remains calm under pressure.

General Responsibilities :

Ensure all guests are over the age of 21. Operate in compliance with company, industry and government policies & procedures. Greets and communicates with all guests in a courteous and friendly manner. Stays up to date on new merchandise and promotions. Use knowledge of merchandise to provide solution based selling. Operates point of sale, collect payments. Assist with miscellaneous tasks including cleaning, stocking, merchandising, inventory audits, etc. as assigned. Stays up to date on new tobacco industry regulation and legislation.

Compensation/Benefits:
