$800 weekly base plus uncapped commission Job description Cincinnati Cabinets is looking for an experienced Cabinet Designer and Sales Specialist who can take a kitchen project from the first customer meeting through design, pricing and sale. This position combines kitchen design with consultative sales. You will work directly with homeowners, contractors and remodeling customers in our showroom. Applicants must have professional experience using 2020 Design software. This is not an entry-level design position. Responsibilities Meet with customers to understand their project and budget Create professional kitchen and cabinet designs using 2020 Design Prepare layouts, elevations and customer presentations Recommend cabinet styles, finishes, hardware and countertops Review measurements and identify potential design issues Prepare accurate quotes and proposals Present designs and pricing to customers Ask for the sale and collect customer deposits Revise designs based on customer feedback Order cabinets and verify order accuracy Coordinate with measurement, project management and installation teams Follow up with open leads and active customers Qualifications At least 3 years of professional 2020 Design experience is preferred Previous cabinet design or kitchen design experience is required Sales experience is strongly preferred Understanding of kitchen layouts, cabinet construction and design standards Ability to prepare accurate designs and orders Strong attention to detail Confident presenting pricing and closing sales Comfortable managing multiple projects Available to work Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Compensation $800 weekly base pay Uncapped commission Paid training Warm leads and customer appointments provided Commission is paid after the required customer deposit is collected Paid biweekly Expected annual compensation of $60,000-$130,000 based on experience and performance This position is in person at our showroom. Please include your 2020 Design experience on your resume. Applicants without professional cabinet design experience may not be considered.
