Harrison, Ohio, US About 3S Incorporated We are experts in the specification, design, installation, and service of a wide variety of fire suppression systems and fire alarm systems for the industrial marketplace. 3S Incorporated provides protection of critical processes, business assets, and people. Position Summary 3S Incorporated is seeking a driven and relationship-focused sales professional to serve as our Industrial Manufacturing Division Sales Leader. This role is responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline within the industrial manufacturing vertical market, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through project close. The position operates without geographic territory limits and focuses on building strong industry relationships and driving project-based sales. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with General Contractors (GCs), Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), Electrical Contractors (ECs), sprinkler contractors, and other trade partners Build owner-direct relationships in the industrial manufacturing market that fit within our business model Participate in trade shows and industry associations Conduct learning sessions with Architects & Engineers (A&Es) that influence our business Perform project take-offs to determine scope and quantities Build cost sheets with the needed labor, equipment, and sub-contract costs Write scopes of work for potential sub-contractors for installation labor costs Write project-specific sales proposals Participate in monthly WIP (project financial) meetings Participate in weekly project meetings Manage opportunities without geographic sales territory limitations Complete the On The Ball sales training courses Participate in marketing initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction, fire protection, electrical, mechanical, or related trades Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a project-based sales environment Experience in heavy industrial vertical is strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in developing detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and bid packages Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large, multi-project pipeline independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
