What You'll Do As a New Home Consultant, you'll guide customers from their first visit through the purchase of their new home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and learning about their needs. Touring customers through our model homes. Educating buyers about modular construction, available floor plans, customization options, financing, and the building process. Responding promptly to phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and other leads. Building relationships through consistent follow-up using our CRM system. Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized pipeline of prospective customers. Completing required documentation accurately and on time. Following customers throughout the sales process to help provide an exceptional buying experience. Maintaining display homes and assisting with the overall appearance of the model center. Participating in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to learn financing concepts, construction processes, and applicable regulations. Professional appearance and demeanor. Willingness to work Saturdays. Ability to walk the model center and show homes throughout the year. Occasionally assist with moving model home furnishings and promotional materials. Valid driver's license.
