Responsibilities:
Respond to internet and phone leads promptly Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries Schedule appointments and follow up with potential buyers Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and financing options Build relationships with customers to create repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
Requirements:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a positive attitude Basic computer skills and experience working leads Valid driver's license
