Duties Actively promote and sell a diverse range of tea products to wholesale stores, cafes, and direct customers through engaging presentations and product knowledge Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards on the road Conduct weekly inventory and inventory controls Conduct merchandising activities to ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales potential Assist customers with their purchases, upselling premium teas and accessories to enhance their experience Handle moderate to heavy lifting involved in stocking shelves, loading deliveries, and setting up displays with organizational precision Study basic tea knowledge and blending of custom blends Skills Strong communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and build rapport with diverse customers Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue opportunities Knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management Excellent organizational skills to manage deliveries, stock levels, and merchandising setups efficiently Customer service orientation focused on creating positive shopping experiences Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during stock replenishment and display setup Familiarity with merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and appeal Demostrate ability to work with a team and self manage Maintain levels of cleanliness and sanitation according to Board Of Health standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels sales growth, your organizational prowess keeps operations smooth, and your dedication makes every customer interaction memorable.
