Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Salesperson is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting the company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market trends to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and research. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its offerings. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
