Whether your background is in real estate, automotive sales, outside sales, inside sales, business development, or customer service, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout North Central Ohio, helping them explore their options for selling their properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with prospective sellers through phone calls, follow-ups, and in-person appointments. Building relationships with homeowners and understanding their needs. Evaluating properties and identifying potential investment opportunities. Presenting solutions and negotiating purchase agreements. Managing leads and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Following up with prospective clients and building a strong sales pipeline. Working closely with our acquisitions and transaction teams to move deals toward closing. Staying informed about the local real estate market. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is driven, dependable, and ready to put in the work to succeed.

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous sales experience (1+ year preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence making phone calls and meeting with potential clients. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. A self-motivated attitude and a desire to achieve goals. Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required! Experience in automotive sales, insurance sales, retail sales, outside sales, inside sales, or other customer-facing sales positions is encouraged.
