Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Concrete Field Sales Representative to join a growing, family-owned concrete business with 80 years of history, customer commitment, and community roots. This is not a desk-only sales role. This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven position for someone who understands concrete, knows how to talk with contractors, and is motivated to grow business by being present, responsive, and knowledgeable in the field. The right candidate will be someone who wants to become a leader in their craft , build long-term customer relationships, and grow with a company that values commitment, reliability, and industry knowledge. What You'll Do As a Concrete Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing sales opportunities, supporting customers, and representing the company in the field with professionalism and technical knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and established customers Seek out new work, expand territories, and identify opportunities for business growth Maintain and strengthen existing customer accounts Be available to customers on pour days to support communication, expectations, and service needs Act as a consultant to customers by helping identify needs, solve problems, and improve service delivery Use concrete knowledge, including slump, testing, mix performance, and field conditions, to support customer conversations Manage customer expectations regarding scheduling, product performance, delivery, and job-site needs Communicate closely with dispatch, quality, operations, and leadership to support successful pours and customer satisfaction Represent the company professionally on job sites, in the community, and with prospective customers What We're Looking For Qualified candidates should bring practical experience in the concrete industry and a strong ability to build trust with customers.Required qualifications:
