Recommend the best Boost Mobile plans, devices, and accessories to meet customer goals. Handle activations, upgrades, bill payments, and troubleshooting with attention to detail. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on Boost promotions and sales campaigns . Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to store success. Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming for customers. Work collaboratively with team members to create a high-energy sales environment . Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED required. Retail or wireless sales experience preferred, but we provide full training . Reliable transportation to and from work. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
