This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys outbound prospecting, and wants to represent clinically respected products that improve patient outcomes. What You'll Do Manage and grow existing accounts while driving new business opportunities Conduct 40 to 60 outbound calls daily to prospects and customers Follow up on inbound quotes and convert opportunities into sales Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs Build relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and decision-makers Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate CRM activity Partner closely with field sales teams to maximize territory growth Attend trade shows and industry events as needed Share market feedback and customer insights with internal teams What We're Looking For 3+ years of inside sales experience Preferred background in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or pharma Proven success hitting quotas, KPIs, and activity metrics Strong phone presence, closing skills, and objection handling ability Ability to learn technical products and explain clinical value clearly Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Sage, HubSpot, Spiro, or similar Highly organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently Preferred Background Medical device sales experience Knowledge of hospital or clinic purchasing processes Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences Bachelor's degree preferred Why Consider It Join a globally recognized and respected medical technology company Strong mission-driven business helping improve vision care outcomes High-visibility sales role with growth opportunity Blend of account management, hunting, and strategic selling Stable parent company with global reach
