  • ClericalThe Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the Sales team by managing CRM data, facilitating enrollment processes, conducting provider research, and coordinating prospect and client communications to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely sales operations. Job Duties CRM & Data Management
  • Accurately perform data entry and maintain detailed records within the CRM including provider information, prescription details, lead updates, and documentation tracking to ensure data integrity and advisor efficiency. Provider & Network Research
  • Conduct manual research of primary and secondary provider networks (including vision and dental) to support accurate plan comparisons and client recommendations. Enrollment Processing & Eligibility Verification
  • Submit electronic enrollment applications on behalf of prospects, verify Medicare Part B eligibility in partnership with advisors, and provide timely updates to facilitate compliant and accurate submissions. Advisor & Pipeline Support
  • Support advisors by rescheduling missed or canceled appointments, coordinating follow-ups, scheduling referrals, conducting reminder calls, collecting required documentation and medication lists, and tracking future call activity to maintain pipeline momentum. Prospect & Client Communication
  • Respond to voicemails on behalf of advisors, distribute follow-up resources (Summaries of Benefits, applications, referral sheets, provider/dental listings), and conduct outreach to existing clients acknowledging inquiries and communicating Customer Success follow-up timelines (48-72 hours).
Qualifications MINIMUM Education, Credentials, Licenses:
High School Diploma Specialized Knowledge:
Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Zoom/Teams or similar virtual platforms
Kind and Length of Experience:
1 year of customer service or sales experience
