We're hiring a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative in the Parma Heights area to join our team and play an important role in both customer support and business development. In this position, you'll assist with growing and maintaining customer accounts while helping identify potential new business. You'll partner with the Sales and Administration team to follow up with prospects, strengthen existing customer relationships, and work toward established sales objectives. You'll work alongside a collaborative team that values responsive service, strong communication, and long-term customer relationships. What You'll Do As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for: Manage incoming inquiries and sales opportunities while qualifying prospects and coordinating timely follow-up. Identify potential customers through market research, industry information, and outbound prospecting efforts. Assist customers with questions involving products, orders, pricing, billing, inventory, and delivery status. Strengthen existing accounts by identifying additional product needs and providing responsive, solutions-focused support. Process new customer setup, credit requests, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems while preparing reports and tracking order activity using Microsoft Word and Excel. Review account information, assist with receivables-related questions, resolve billing discrepancies, and coordinate issues through completion. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related client-facing role. Comfortable working with CRM and ERP platforms, with the ability to learn additional systems as needed. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for maintaining information, preparing reports, and supporting daily operations. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy when handling customer information, orders, and other business records. Professional and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a customer-focused approach.
