Duties Develop and expand a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound calls, emails and text messages to potential clients. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet customer needs and dealership goals. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Experience with Frazier and DealerCenter a PLUS! Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, or financing options to maximize sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems used within dealership settings. Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent organizational skills and retail math proficiency. Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and developing new business opportunities through effective communication strategies. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in inventory control and sales support activities.
