Duties and Responsibilities Develop strategies to approach potential customers and establish business relationships Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Maintain and develop client relations for future opportunities and repeat business Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions as required Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services Requirements Experience in sale or customer service is a plus but not required Must be at least 18 years of age to apply Proficiency in English Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques is a plus but not required Fast learner with a passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work under stringent deadlines Strong ethical conduct in both personal and professional life Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Physical ability to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
