Job Description

Sales Representative — SafeClean SafeClean is hiring a dedicated Sales Representative whose primary role is to sell, follow up, build relationships, and grow revenue. Leads will be provided at no cost, but you are also expected to create new lead sources through social media, networking, referrals, business visits, and community relationships. Core Responsibilities All incoming leads must be contacted immediately. Every lead, conversation, follow-up, quote, appointment, and client detail must be entered into the CRM and Plugged AI app accurately and on time. If it is not in the system, it did not happen. This position is sales-focused only. Your job is to sell, follow up, manage your pipeline, close new clients, retain existing clients, and help SafeClean grow. You will not be responsible for cleaning homes, managing cleaners, or handling operations outside of sales-related client communication and scheduling details. Plugged AI App + CRM You will use the Plugged AI app and CRM daily. This is where all client information, wants, needs, access instructions, scheduling details, home details, quote notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline activity must be entered. All required forms, order details, and client information must be completed correctly. Cleaners and management rely on this information to deliver the right service. KPIs, Quotas, and Goals This role will have weekly and monthly sales quotas. You will be expected to hit assigned revenue goals, appointment goals, follow-up goals, and activity goals. You must maintain 80% or better KPI completion. KPIs may include calls, texts, follow-ups, appointments set, estimates sent, new clients closed, CRM updates, referral requests, networking activity, and client retention follow-up. Failure to consistently maintain KPI completion or sales quota progress may result in coaching, performance review, or removal from the position. Follow-Up Follow-up is one of the most important parts of this role. You are expected to follow up with new leads, open estimates, past clients, current clients, referral sources, and missed opportunities until the client is properly closed, scheduled, or removed from the pipeline. Client Communication You will communicate with current and new clients and make sure they understand how important they are to SafeClean. You are expected to collect feedback, answer questions professionally, help solve concerns, and create a great customer experience from first contact through continued service. Phone System, Email, and Tools SafeClean uses a company phone system. You will manage only the extension assigned to your sales role. You will also use your company email, CRM, and Plugged AI app daily. Pay This position is hourly. Sales quotas, KPI expectations, and performance goals are required as part of the role. Hours Minimum 40 hours per week. Hours may include office time, client appointments, networking meetings, referral visits, travel to and from clients, lunches, golf outings, and other approved sales activities. If there are no appointments, outings, or networking activities scheduled, the full 40 hours must be worked from the office. Dress Code As a salesperson, you are the face of SafeClean. You are expected to look professional at all times when representing the company, meeting clients, attending networking events, or working from the office. Expenses Approved sales-related expenses will be reimbursed on the following pay period. All expenses must be approved and applied to the company card when possible. Team Player SafeClean believes in teamwork. You will work closely with management, operations, and other team members. You are expected to take initiative, help where needed, communicate clearly, and bring questions to management first. This role requires someone who is organized, coachable, consistent, professional, and hungry to sell.
