Roofing Sales Representative Responsibilities Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads. Conduct roof inspections to assess damage or wear and provide clear, accurate assessments to homeowners. Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates and material options. Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties, and the benefits of Owens Corning products. Guide clients through the insurance claims process and act as a liaison when needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, HOAs, and property managers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, local codes, and best practices. Communicate timelines and updates to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in home improvement or in-home sales is required Strong negotiation and customer service skills Ability to perform door-to-door canvassing Familiarity with outside sales and account management Experience with B2B sales and marketing strategies is a plus Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Excellent communication and analytical skills
