Full time/ Direct hire Responsibilities Prepare quotations and process customer orders. Coordinate order status and logistics with internal teams. Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Visit customer sites to perform inventory checks and maintain inventory levels. Order, process, and deliver inventory as needed. Track inventory data and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets. Create, update, and analyze inventory reports using Excel. Handle inventory items weighing up to 15 lbs. Qualifications Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Control, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and spreadsheet creation. Japanese-English bilingual skills are a big plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites (up to approximately 3 hours round trip). ++++ Only qualified candidate will be contacted.
