Fundraising Sales Specialist - Luxury Travel Experiences Richfield, OH $65,000 - $100,000+ per year (base + commission) Make a Living by Making a Difference Luxury Escapes International (LEI) helps nonprofits and schools raise millions through charity auctions featuring our exclusive luxury vacation homes. We're looking for motivated sales professionals who want to build a career selling experiences that matter. What You'll Do Make 40-50 outbound calls daily to nonprofits, schools, and foundations Identify decision-makers and build lasting partnerships Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently Track activity in Salesforce CRM What We're Looking For 1+ year of sales experience (preferred) Confident phone presence with ability to influence and engage Goal-driven, self-motivated, and competitive Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Pay & Benefits $48,000 base salary + uncapped commission First-year earnings: $60K-$75K; six-figure potential as you grow Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) after 90 days Free premium HSA plan provided PTO + paid birthday holiday Team perks: on-site gym with golf simulator, quarterly outings, annual Christmas party Employee discounts on LEI luxury vacations
