Sales Representative

Appalachian Trailers is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in Salem, Ohio. We're looking for a motivated, professional individual who can balance strong sales performance with a high level of customer care. This position is a hands-on sales role with a mix of customer interaction, follow-up, and self-generated activity.

Responsibilities:

Manage company-provided leads while actively generating new opportunities through social media and outreach Assist walk-in customers and guide them through the lot with hands-on product demonstrations Lead customers through the full sales process, including quotes, order entry, and securing deposits Provide clear, supportive guidance throughout the buying and financing process Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate records of all customer interactions Work with multiple finance partners to assist customers with approvals Assist with trailer hook-ups and ensure a smooth delivery experience Represent the company professionally in person and online, including participation in social media content Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer service Manage multiple customers and priorities throughout the day

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Basic computer proficiency Valid driver's license preferred What It Takes to

Earning Potential:
