The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, curious, and coachable Business Development Representative to work directly alongside our co-founder and head of sales. This is a ground-floor opportunity, you'll be one of the first people building our sales pipeline, with a clear path to an Account Executive role and uncapped earning potential. This isn't cold-call-and-forget sales. You'll be opening doors with HR leaders, CFOs, and CEOs , helping them rethink how they approach employee health, performance, and culture. What You'll Do Research and identify qualified corporate prospects (mid-market companies, 50-500 employees) Build targeted lead lists and execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone Engage decision-makers and qualify opportunities against our ideal client profile Book discovery calls for the co-founder / head of sales and support deal flow Track activity and pipeline in our CRM (Pipedrive) Collaborate closely on messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy Learn consultative, relationship-driven sales from the ground up Who You Are 1-2 years of sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred, not required) Hungry, self-motivated, and highly accountable Strong communicator - clear, warm, and professional in writing and on the phone Comfortable with outbound prospecting and not afraid of rejection Organized and detail-oriented - you follow through on what you commit to Genuinely passionate about health, wellness, or human performance Coachable and eager to grow fast in a startup environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Performance-based bonuses Weekly healthy gourmet meals from Zero Doubt Kitchen Full access to Zero Doubt Club fitness and wellness facility access Fast-track growth path to Account Executive The Growth Path This role is designed to grow.
