Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs using our booking system Recommend retail products and services to guests based on their needs and preferences Accurately handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and retail display Support team communication by relaying messages and coordinating schedules Provide support for salon events, promotions, and team initiatives Collaborate closely with service providers to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles (salon/spa experience a plus!) Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest care Comfort with POS systems and appointment booking software (Salon software experience is a bonus! We use Meevo) Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment Team player with a flexible and dependable work ethic
