Responsibilities:
Review all product orders submitted by the sales team for completeness and accuracy. Process all activity received through the order entry mailbox. Enter all orders (financial, commercial, enterprise, and national accounts) into SAP. Create budgets in Microsoft Excel using data from Big Machines and enter them into SAP for revenue recognition. Review monitoring and service maintenance orders for accuracy and submit them to the appropriate internal teams for processing. Ensure all required documentation is received from the sales team and submitted to Contract Administration. Accurately log and track all sold services that generate recurring monthly revenue for Sales Compensation. Assist the sales team with questions related to ordering and documentation requirements. Create and maintain project files on the designated Microsoft SharePoint site. Review and process change orders and cancellations.Required:
1-3 years of experience processing sales orders. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience reviewing sales contracts and contract-related documentation. Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems, such as Solomon, SAP, and/or Salesforce. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, andVLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
functions. Highly coachable, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
