Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview Rossler Roofing is looking for a driven, energetic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be helping homeowners with roof inspections, insurance claims, and full roof replacements—while building strong relationships and closing deals. What You'll Do Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking Leads will also be provided to our best sellers as we get them through our ads. Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process Present roofing solutions and close deals Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects Provide top-tier customer service from start to finish Work closely with our team to ensure smooth project completion What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in the field Sales experience is a plus (roofing preferred, but not required) Willingness to learn and hustle What We Offer High commission structure (no cap on earnings) Opportunity to earn $80K-$150K+ Flexible schedule Training and support (we'll teach you the roofing + insurance side) Fast-growing company with real advancement opportunities Why Rossler Roofing?
