Job Description

Essential Responsibilities Serve as primary customer contact: manage orders, confirm details, track status, coordinate changes, and interface with shipping providers. Maintain pricing structures, including price list creation and updates. Set up and manage customer accounts, offers, and orders in SAP; update customer portals as required. Process order modifications, customer requests, insurance applications, alternative payments, and credits/debits. Coordinate new and existing customer inquiries with technical teams and submit complete inquiry documentation. Support production and material planning with scheduling, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination. Develop and manage production and shipping schedules for key customers based on forecasts. Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, including quality and engineering coordination. Monitor and communicate market updates; support sales leadership and cross-functional initiatives. Manage trade show coordination and follow-up activities. Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements. Record and manage customer complaints within the quality system. Maintain accurate communication using company tools and foster strong customer relationships aligned with company values. Education/Experience High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years related experience required. SAP experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicting interests. Thorough understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations and the relationship MRP systems have to that operation. Proficient in inventory control. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP and other related software applications. Physical Requirements The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds regularly and 20 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle, feel, reach, and grasp. The employee is occasionally required to balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
