SALESPERSON/CONSULTANT... We are growing again and have just expanded our store! We are seeking energetic sales consultants to join our team at our upscale bridal salon. Combine your fashion knowledge with our trending merchandise, and experience one of the happiest moments in wedding planning as your Bride says..."YES To The Dress". You need to be a fun, energetic person with great customer service skills! Retail experience in fashion required. Professional appearance is required. Monday and Thursday evenings till 8 and Saturdays 10-4 are a must. Key Attributes :
Looking for sales consultants/stylist, who wants to build rapport with the customer, is able to close the sale and loves events. Willing to learn and to consistently update your knowledge with the tends in the Wedding industry. You must be willing to study our designers, the fabrics and components they use, to enhance their gowns. Become an expert on selling by styles, and silhouette that compliments the customers. Enjoy communicating with our customers, sharing your knowledge & creativity as they plan their events. Show respect to our customer's requests, follow up with them regarding our sales process, and any concerns they may have as they plan their wedding. Always being professional and loyal to our brand and what Evaline's Bridal has accomplished in 70 years. Take pride in our store by being clean and organized. Must be respectful of our store appearance, windows, merchandise, and displays. Good with social media, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram etc. Need to have professional phone manners and computer skills. Accountable for customer retention and add on sales. You need to be a team player, work well with others, be able to follow directions and procedures. You need to be able to works independently and have great time management skills. It is a must that you are loyal, confidential, and respectful to the store, the position, and our customers.
Physical Requirements :
On your feet most of the day. Must be able to lift Wedding Dresses. Store housekeeping includes mopping, vacuum and sweep floors, clean mirrors, bathrooms etc, Break boxes down take the trash out. Press and steam merchandise.
Skills Summary:
Retail fashion experience, Maintain a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Great communication skills, phone, texting, or email. Computer tasks include ringing up sales, taking payments, and entering information. Please include computer skills in the resume. (Including any social media sites you are on...Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogging, etc) Strong organizational and time management skills, Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and follow-through. Must be outgoing and have a fun but responsible personality. Flexible to support store hours and bridal shows.
