Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted marketing lists and warm leads to generate new business opportunities Engage in professional B2B (business-to-business) conversations to understand client needs and promote our solutions effectively Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and decision-making process to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales team Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update lead status, and track progress throughout the sales funnel Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation campaigns Demonstrate excellent communication skills during telemarketing efforts, ensuring clear messaging and positive customer interactions Support business development initiatives by maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and following up diligently Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on lead generation or customer outreach Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is highly desirable Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships through warm calling techniques Experience working with marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead quality Join us in energizing our growth journey!
