Business Development Specialist - Arden Courts Arden Courts - 3.3 Westlake, OH Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Business development management Referral-based lead generation RN License Sales referrals Mid-level 3 years Pharmaceutical and medical sales experience Sales growth strategy Sales development Business development within healthcare Client referrals Marketing Full Job Description This position supports communities in Parma, Westlake, Chagrin Falls, and Bath. The Business Development Specialist builds and grows community occupancy through the implementation of a strategic sales and marketing plan and application of sales techniques. The Business Development Specialist also develops relationships with referral sources to ensure a consistent flow of quality referrals essential to growing community occupancy. Bonus program eligible based on the achievement of key performance indicators
Education:
College degree preferred
Skills:
Familiarity with memory care, assisted living, and/or health care services preferred
Experience :
3-5 years sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals preferred
License:
