We are looking for a motivated, organized Assistant Commercial Vehicle Sales Associate to support our commercial vehicle sales efforts. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a team-focused dealership environment. Responsibilities

• Support the lead commercial salesperson with day-to-day sales activities.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Assist with preparing vehicle quotes, sales paperwork, and related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and post-sale customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and activity records in the CRM.
• Help maintain current vehicle and inventory information.
• Assist with commercial vehicle lot organization and other sales-support tasks as needed. Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, or similar business software.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Automotive, commercial vehicle, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive sales team.
