Pay is $60,000 to $120,000 per year, with paid training up front and uncapped commission after that. You'll run 3 or more in-home appointments a day with homeowners, scope their projects, and close the deal yourself.

You take pride in generating your own leads, not just working the ones handed to you. You bring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You bring comfort with technology (G Suite, Go High Level, PaintScout) and availability for evenings and some Saturdays. You bring the willingness to follow a proven process and be measured on results.
Who We Are:
We started with interior and exterior painting in 2020 and added the trades our customers asked for. Our crew handles cabinet refinishing, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, paint-grade siding, and seamless gutter installation in-house. Homeowners get one team for the whole residential project, with no subcontracted strangers in their home.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Run sales appointments with homeowners using company-provided and self-generated leads. Present solutions using our F7 Sales Operating System. Scope projects accurately with estimating software. Follow up on open proposals until they close or are disqualified. Keep your pipeline full and deliver a 5-star experience on every visit.
