Sales / Route Service Representative Jumper Are you seeking a job in a growing service industry that allows you to be home every night and weekends? This role combines route service and sales responsibilities. As a Route Service Representative Jumper, you will assist in operating a company vehicle to deliver and pick up products from customer locations as needed. While servicing routes, you will also help grow the business by building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to offer additional CTC products and services. On the days you are not running a route, you will be working on adding new customers to build current routes. You will work with a broad customer base, ranging from small businesses to larger accounts, ensuring excellent service while helping expand both new and existing customer relationships in Clinton and surrounding areas. The starting salary is $45,000 annually while learning from our experienced Route Service Representatives & Sales Team. This position has the oppertunity to earn your own route if one becomes avaliable and you meet the criteria. As you grow your route and customer base, your pay increases. Routes typically run Monday-Thursday , with Fridays dedicated as a workday to meet goals. Responsibilities Assist in driving a company vehicle to deliver and pick up products from customer locations. Provide excellent customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce additional CTC products and services to existing customers. Develop new business opportunities within assigned service areas. Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate route service and customer information. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Represent CTC in a professional manner while servicing accounts and interacting with customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field is a plus). Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Highly motivated with a customer-centric mindset. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and manage time effectively. Ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office. Valid non-commercial driver's license. Proven experience in B2B Sales. Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug test. Physical ability to frequently lift 45+ pounds . Flexibility in working hours Monday-Friday, as route start and end times may vary. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
