Joe Cooper Ford Pro Elite Commercial Fleet Center is accepting applications for a Heavy Duty Parts Sales Consultant at its state of the art fleet center in Edmond, OK. The Heavy-Duty Parts Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and selling parts for medium-duty, heavy-duty, and commercial fleet vehicles. This role serves as a critical technical expert for fleet customers, wholesale accounts, and internal service technicians, ensuring accurate part selection to minimize vehicle downtime.
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
Work with parts manager to locate any parts currently not in stock.
Complete special order part request.
Communicate with customers on parts status.
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure parts department and inventory is well organized to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of relevant experience in an automotive parts department or retail store. Ford heavy duty experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
