Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, and product testing. Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
Assist customers with selecting the right vehicle for their needs Build relationships instead of focusing on one-time transactions Respond professionally to internet, phone, and showroom customers Follow up consistently with prospective customers Use our CRM to manage leads, appointments, and customer communication Learn our Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives Work with management to structure and complete vehicle purchases Follow up with customers after the sale Ask for referrals and repeat business Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM Participate in dealership training and sales meetings Represent Frontier professionally in person, online, and in the communityWho We're Looking For:
Have a strong work ethic Communicate well and enjoy working with people Are dependable and accountable Are comfortable using technology Can follow a proven process Are willing to make calls, send texts, emails, and follow up Want to learn and improve Can handle rejection without losing motivation Are competitive while still being a team player Understand that great customer service continues after the sale Previous automotive sales experience is welcome, but we will train the right person. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, wireless sales, insurance, real estate, customer service, or other performance-driven positions can translate extremely well into automotive sales.
